Nicolas Siegler scored the eventual game winning goal as Kings Park Commack Knights defeated the Longwood Lions 14-3. The Knights moved to 9-1-2 on the campaign. The Lions dropped to 0-12 on the season. Colin Caputo picked up his fourth win of the campaign. Christopher Primiani started his seventh game of the season for the Longwood Lions. 

Brandon Scheuermann opened the scoring with 13:27 remaining in the 1st period. Just forty-six seconds later, Scheuermann scored his second of the game to put the Lions up 2-0. It was the first two goal lead of campaign for the Longwood Lions. Forty-six seconds later, Gregory Galgano scored his first career varsity goal to cut the lead to one. Jesse Lemza tied the game at two apiece with 7:59 remaining in the first frame. Less than two minutes later, Lemza scored his second of the night to give the Knights a 3-2 lead. Nicolas Sieglar made it 4-2 with 4:25 remaining in the 1st period. Franco Justinic scored the fifth of the game for the Knights. Tyler Granelli scored with 1:16 remaining to give the Knights a 6-2 lead after one period of play. 

The Knights scoring spree continued in the second stanza. Jesse Lemza completed the hat trick with 13:11 remaining in the period. It was the first of three KPC goals in fifty-eight seconds. Brian Prange scored with 12:35 remaining. Just twenty-two seconds later, Jesse Lemza scored his fourth of the night. Tyler Granelli scored the tenth straight goal of the game for KPC with 9:46 remaining in the second frame. Brandon Scheuermann completed the hat trick with 6:32 remaining in the 2nd period. The Lions star has twelve goals and four assists on the season.

Nicolas Siegler scored the eleventh goal of the game for the Knights with 13:35 remaining in the third frame. Tyler Granelli completed the hat trick with 6:12 remaining. Christian McGrane scored his first career varsity goal with 5:54 remaining. Sean Richardson scored the fourteenth KPC goal with 1:00 remaining.
